A 90-minute therapeutic bodywork session allowing time to explore and address what your body needs most. Our most requested session, this appointment provides the opportunity to work more comprehensively and may incorporate therapeutic enhancements as appropriate to support your treatment goals.

A two-hour therapeutic bodywork session that allows your treatment to unfold at your body's pace, with time for more focused work. This extended session provides greater opportunity to address chronic tension, improve movement restrictions, and incorporate therapeutic enhancements, as appropriate, to support lasting relief.

The Therapeutic Revitalization

An immersive three-hour therapeutic bodywork experience designed to give your body the time it deserves. This comprehensive session allows for focused, full-body care and may incorporate enhancements such as your preferred aromatherapy, cupping, gua sha, hot stones, and other therapeutic modalities, as appropriate, to support your individual needs and wellness goals.
